Wisconsin Legislature to introduce resolution to decert state and award it to Trump on Thursday; first order or business.

 2021 - 2022 LEGISLATURE

January 4, 2021 - Introduced by Representative Allen.

    ***AUTHORS SUBJECT TO CHANGE***
1Relating to: addressing election law violations.
2Whereas, in the United States, the power to govern is given by the people
3through the process of democratic elections. It is by this process that our government
4obtains legitimacy; and
5Whereas, we have three branches of government, and the legislative branch,
6consisting of duly elected representatives of the people, is the branch charged with
7the power to write the laws. It is through this process that our government maintains
8legitimacy; and
9Whereas, when the executive branch or administrative agencies charged with
10enforcing the laws instead choose to step outside of the law, or go beyond the law, or
11stretch the law to something other than what is written, the legitimacy of the
12government begins to erode; and
13Whereas, the 2020 election and the recount of the results of the presidential
14election have brought to light a number of areas in which the letter of the law is not

1being followed. Those circumstances of departure from the letter of the law include,
2but are not limited to, the following:
31. Clerks provided absentee ballots to electors without applications, as
4required by Wis. Stat. § 6.86.
52. Clerks and deputy clerks authorized by the municipal clerk failed to write
6on the official ballot, in the space for official endorsement, the clerk's initials and
7official title, as required by Wis. Stat. § 6.87 (1).
83. Clerks issued absentee ballots to electors who were required to enclose a copy
9of proof of identification or an authorized substitute document, but who failed to do
10so under Wis. Stat. § 6.87 (1).
114. Clerks failed to enter initials on ballot envelopes indicating whether the
12elector is exempt from providing proof of identification, as required by Wis. Stat. §
136.87 (2).
145. Clerks in Milwaukee and Dane Counties declared electors in their counties
15to be “indefinitely confined” under Wis. Stat. § 6.86 (2), causing chaos and confusion,
16and failed to keep current the mailing list established under that subsection; more
17than 215,000 electors thus avoided identification requirements and safeguards that
18the legislature has established.
196. Clerks and the boards of canvassers permitted absentee ballots returned
20without the required witness address under Wis. Stat. § 6.87 (2) to be counted in
21contravention of Wis. Stat. § 6.87 (6d).
227. Clerks who received absentee ballots with improperly completed certificates
23or no certificates filled in missing information in contravention of Wis. Stat. § 6.87
24(9).

18. The Wisconsin Elections Commission, in contravention of Wis. Stat. § 6.875,
2barred special voting deputies from entering qualified nursing homes and assisted
3living facilities, instead mailing ballots to residents directly, thereby avoiding
4safeguards the legislature put in place to protect our most vulnerable citizens and
5loved ones.
69. The clerk of the City of Madison ignored Wis. Stat. § 6.855 and created an
7event named “Democracy in the Park” and, of her own accord, designated alternate
8sites where absentee ballots could be collected; these ballots were counted in
9contravention of Wis. Stat. § 6.87 (6); and
10Whereas, without legitimacy, the government of the people, by the people, and
11for the people shall not stand. Instead, our government will devolve into a system
12of coercion and bribery that seeks to use the guise of elections to hold a degree of
13credibility; and
14Whereas, the people of Wisconsin are demanding that the legislature address
15questions of legitimacy; now, therefore, be it
16Resolved by the assembly, That: the Wisconsin State Assembly recognizes
17that the most important function for a government is to conduct fair and honest
18elections that follow the duly enacted law; and, be it further
19Resolved, That when there are significant portions of the population that
20question the integrity of the elections due to the failure of election officials to follow
21the letter of the law, it is incumbent upon the legislature to address the issues that
22are in question; and, be it further
23Resolved, That the members of the Wisconsin State Assembly place the
24redress to these and other election law violations and failed administrative

1procedures as its highest priority and shall take up legislation crafted to ensure civil
2officers follow the laws as written.

D.C. Mayor Readies National Guard to attack Trump supporters practicing 2nd Amendment rights, As crime soars in DC

Members of President Donald Trump’s campaign and grassroots groups from around the country will gather in Washington, DC, on Wednesday for the March to Save America on the White House lawn.

A pre-rally at Freedom Plaza and sister rallies at the Capitol and the Supreme Court are planned for Tuesday — all being staged to send a message to Congress about certifying the electoral vote for the 2020 presidential election, which is also taking place on Wednesday.

The main rally will take place on Wednesday at the Ellipsis at the White House—informally called “the President’s Lawn.” The event is open to the public but many of the seats are reserved. Gates will open at 7 a.m. and attendees will face a Secret Service checkpoint to enter the White House grounds.

A host of high-profile Trump supporters are expected to speak beginning at 9 a.m., including Donald Trump, Jr., Kimberly Guilfoyle, Amy Kremer, Rudy Giuliani, Katrina Pierson, Boris Ephsteyn, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, Diamond and Silk, Georgia State Rep. Vernon Jones, Roger Stone, Benny Johnson, Scott Presler, Bernie Kerik, and Ali Alexander.

Trump is expected to speak at 11:00 a.m.

Despite the rally being backed by the president and some of the millions of Americans who cast their votes for Trump on November 3, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser has put the National Guard on standby and warned participants whom she said are “seeking confrontation.”

According to the March to Save America website, the following are sponsors for the event: Stop to Steal, WildProtest.com, Turning Point Action, Rule of Law Defense Fund, Phyllis Schlafly Eagles, Moms for America, Women for America First, Tea Party Patriots, Peaceably Gather, Eighty Percent Coalition, Black Conservatives Fund, and Contribute.

Many of the same speakers and sponsors and an expected crowd of thousands of American citizens are expected to show up on Tuesday for a pre-rally to take place from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Freedom Plaza, located on 14th Street NW and Pennsylvania Avenue NW.

Organizers told Breitbart News that members of the Trump campaign and supporters will begin the all-day event from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. Pastor Brian Gibson and other faith leaders will take the stage beginning at 2:30 p.m. At 3:30 p.m., members of Stop the Steal and other grassroots groups will take the stage to speak.

Two other events are planned on Tuesday. Moms for America’s Save the Republic rally will take place on the Capitol grounds across from the U.S. Supreme Court, featuring prayer and speakers.

“On Nov. 3rd millions of mothers flooded to the polls to vote for freedom, family, and all we hold dear,” Moms for America founder and president Kimberly Fletcher told Breitbart News. “That is what we are fighting for today.”

“If our elections aren’t secured, our Republic is lost,” Fletcher said. “This isn’t about winning an election. It’s about saving the Republic, ensuring only legal votes count so that our voice is heard and our legal votes are protected.”

Brad Raffensperger is compromised here is the Evidence

Georgian has a Manchurian Secretary of State: Brad Raffensperger

Georgia Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was placed into office in the Georgia House of Representatives in 2015 by a powerful network of Mandarin-speaking Chinese people in the United States of America. NATIONAL FILE has obtained video of Raffensperger speaking at an event with Mandarin-speaking Chinese people, begging the Chinese people to get him more than 100 votes to secure his victory in the election (which he ended up winning by 159 votes). A Mandarin-language newspaper that actively coordinates with United Front, a network controlled by the Chinese Communist Party, even explained the strategy to place Raffensperger into office by use of “absentee ballots” that could be obtained by one Chinese person and distributed to others. Raffensperger is trying to stop Communist China’s geopolitical foe President Donald Trump from gaining a proper accounting of the votes in the 2020 presidential election.

HERE IS A LINK TO A MANDARIN-LANGUAGE ARTICLE FROM 2015 in the “Atlanta America Chinese Life” publication at Americachineselife.com, a publication supporting Democrats in the January 2021 Georgia U.S. Senate runoffs. THIS NEWSPAPER ACTIVELY COORDINATES WITH UNITED FRONT, A CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY NETWORK, AS EVIDENCED BY THIS ARTICLE DOCUMENTING THEIR MEETING.

It reads as follows:

One of the reasons we didn't vote in the past was that "one more vote for me, one less vote for me has no effect on the outcome of the election". This time it's different. In the first round, there were only two candidates left in the 50th District of the House of Representatives, Brad Raffensberger and Kelly Stewart. They're all conservative Republicans, and there's almost no difference in politics. Only 2,500 of the 25,000 voters cast ballots in the first round, with Brad trailing Kelley by only 26 votes.

Brad reached out to the Asian community this time to understand and listen to our voices. He visited the downtown Chinese Dance and Culture School the previous weekend, the Modern Chinese School in Atlanta, where more than 500 students attended on Saturday, and on Sunday hosted 30 Chinese at home to talk about his governing philosophy. As a city councillor, he also attended the ceremony of honor of my Boy Scouts team and spoke on behalf of the city government.

In addition, the municipal council elections in September this year are likely to have Chinese candidates. Thank you for your attention.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It reads:

The year before, Brad Raffensperger chose the state house, when brad came in second with 1 percent, or 26 votes, in the five-member primary, and after a month of hard work and help from the Chinese, he won the final election.

Remember the morning of the insaling, and Xiao Yu telephoned, only to know that even the mayor supported each other. I said back, fortunately I don't live there, otherwise scared to death, early fight back. If I wanted to win, wouldn't it be particularly meaningful and exciting for the Chinese, and instantly stir up the spirit of the fight, so I and Brad reported the number of Chinese votes per hour, and finally Brad won, the number of votes won and the number of votes we reported very close, obviously the Chinese vote played a key role in winning.

This time, 6th District Federal Senator Tom Price entered the cabinet with 18 candidates running to fill his seat, with a Democratic Ossoff with 43% and the rest as a Republican candidate. The most notable of these is the fact that Karen Handel and Bob Gray polled 15 percent and 14 percent, respectively, a 1 percent gap that suddenly made the original Chinese less important in congressional elections and even gave Bob Gray a chance to run for re-election.

I've known Bob Gray for almost two years, and Brad's election was Bob's suggestion, and after electing Duluth City Councilman Louis Tseng in November this year, we found out about the Chinese. Later Beitang parking lot re-zoning, five city councillors, Bob is the only active willingness to support, and give advice, so that the case dragged on for ten years, finally passed. In addition, Bob also actively visited Chinese schools, Chinese churches, New Year's spring banquets and garden tours, and even the annual meeting of the Fish Association. It can be seen that he attaches great importance to the Chinese people.

If the Chinese voted in the first two primaries this time, even if they won, the elected would not necessarily think that the Chinese vote was important. But if we let the first two are people who chinese know, then something will happen to the overseas Chinese community in the future, and we can help solve them.

So I ask you to vote for Bob Gray, a good friend of the Asian-Chinese community, so that he can cross the 1% gap and make it to the second round of the runoff, when you can continue to support Bob Gray or vote for Jon Ossoff, and then we Chinese vote, not only Bob will be particularly grateful, other candidates will also pay attention to and worship.

“One of the reasons why we did not participate in elections in the past was that “one more vote, one less vote has no effect on the results of the election.” This time is different. In the first round of election, there were only two candidates left in the 50th District of the House of Representatives where Johns Creek was located: Brad Raffensberger (sic) and Kelly Stewart. They are all conservative Republicans, with almost the same political opinions. Only 2,500 of the 25,000 voters in the first round voted: Brad was only 26 votes behind Kelley.

Brad took the initiative to approach the Asian community to understand and listen to our voices. He visited the Chinese Dance and Culture School in the city center the previous weekend. Last Saturday he visited the Atlanta Modern Chinese School with more than 500 students. On Sunday, he hosted 30 Chinese at home to talk about his ruling philosophy. As a city councillor, he also participated in the award ceremony of my boy scout team and spoke on behalf of the city government…

According to statistical calculations, we only need 100 Chinese votes this time to determine the outcome of the election and make Brad a victory. He will represent our voice in the state legislature in the future. We have already boasted about Haikou with him and guaranteed 100 votes. This is an excellent opportunity for us Asians to show their strength. Your vote has never been so important. Election day is Tuesday, February 3. If you can’t vote in person on the day of something, I can apply for an absentee ballet (sic) for you. After you receive it, you can fill in and send it out. Due to the tight mailing time, if you need, please email me vale@PingMortgage.com.

In addition, in the municipal council election in September this year, Chinese people are likely to stand for election. Thank you for your attention…Xiao Yu”

(NOTE: Georgia law forbids people applying for absentee ballots for other people except if the person is out of the county temporarily or if the person applying is a direct relative of the voter).

HERE IS A 2017 ARTICLE IN WHICH THE SAME CHINESE-LANGUAGE PUBLICATION BRAGS ABOUT HANDPICKING RAFFENSPERGER FOR OFFICE, stating, “After a month of hard work and help from the Chinese, he finally won the final election…Shun aroused fighting spirit, so I and Brad reported the number of Chinese votes every hour. In the end, Brad won the victory. The numbers we quoted are very close, obviously the Chinese votes played a key role in winning.”

HERE IS A VIDEO OF RAFFENSPERGER SPEAKING AT THE EVENT, FOLLOWING A MANDARIN SPEAKER, BEGGING THE CHINESE PEOPLE FOR VOTES.

Raffensperger discusses absentee ballots at 0:48, discusses the number of votes he needs to win specifically at 1:12, hints at trading political favors with the expression “Out of little acorns, great trees grow” at 1:27, and again begging for votes at 3:12.
